How I Dealt with Inferiority Complex -Laycon
BBNaija Lockdown winner, Laycon has revealed that he felt inferior compared to other housemates during the time this year’s show lasted.
Speaking with media personality, OloriSuperGirl, Laycon said at some points, he had to question why he was featured on the BBNaija show, seeing that he was already getting backlash from people upon his entrance into the house.
He said: “When I got into the house, I asked myself ‘what are you doing here?’ when I saw ‘men dem’.”
On how he handles criticism, Laycon explained that he is already used to people looking down on him until he unleashes what he is capable of.
“I’m misunderstood. You see me and you probably hear me say something and it doesn’t connect which is the same thing that happened with ‘Fierce’. When we released ‘Fierce’ last year and I stepped on stage, people were like ‘This is not the person that sang’… That has happened all my life,” he stated.
