
Nigerian media personality and fashion icon Toke Makinwa has set social media abuzz after candidly sharing the secrets behind her remarkable post-pregnancy “snap back.”
Makinwa, known for her impeccable style and curated lifestyle, the entrepreneur recently took to her Snapchat stories to pull back the curtain on the disciplined and somewhat controversial regimen she used to reclaim her physique.

In a series of transparent posts, Makinwa addressed the curiosity surrounding her weight loss journey, revealing that she utilised a combination of medical assistance, strict intermittent fasting, and a rigorous weekly exercise schedule.
Responding to a fan who suggested that intermittent fasting “works magic without Mounjaro,” Makinwa offered a refreshing moment of honesty. She admitted to using the medication initially, stating, “I needed to lose the weight first,” before transitioning into her current maintenance phase of fasting.


The star’s current routine is not for the faint-hearted. She revealed that she now adheres to a “One Meal a Day” (OMAD) lifestyle, restricting her food intake to a narrow four-hour window. “I eat once a day. My eat window is from 2pm to 6pm,” she shared with her followers.

According to her shared schedule, Makinwa hits the gym on Mondays and Thursdays to focus on strength. “Tuesdays are dedicated to “stretch days” through Pilates, while Wednesdays and Fridays are reserved for tennis”. She added.
