Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer has firmly denied longstanding rumors that she “snatched” her husband, businessman Olakunle Churchill, from his ex-wife, actress Tonto Dikeh.
In a series of videos shared on her Instagram page, Meurer addressed the persistent claims head-on. She stated, “I don’t know her, I have never met her, we aren’t friends. She’s like 8-9-10 years older than I am.”
Meurer emphasised that she and Tonto Dikeh have no personal relationship whatsoever adding that they have never met, do not have each other’s phone numbers, and she was not introduced to Churchill through Dikeh.

Contrary to narratives suggesting she was Dikeh’s “best friend” who betrayed her by getting involved with Churchill, Meurer clarified that she met her husband separately. She challenged anyone with proof otherwise to come forward.
Addressing her connection to Churchill during his marriage to Dikeh, Meurer explained: “At that time, he was like a brother to me, he was helping me with my career and was taking me and my siblings out.” She insisted there was never any romantic involvement while he was married, adding that she followed their marriage issues online “like every other person” and never visited Dikeh’s home.
She concluded by affirming her marital status: “I still remain Mrs. Roseline Meurer Churchill, preferably called Mrs. Churchill.”
