Nollywood filmmaker Toyin Abraham has vowed never to publicly greet her colleague, Funke Akindele, after suffering a huge embarrassment at a public outing when she tried to exchange pleasantries with her.
As earlier reported by eelive.ng, Funke Akindele during the premiere of The Return of Arinzo had publicly snubbed her colleague, Toyin Abraham.
In the now-viral clip, Toyin Abraham was seen warmly greeting Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe before approaching Akindele.
However, as she attempted to exchange pleasantries, Akindele seemingly ignored her, prompting Abraham to quietly walk away from the awkward encounter. Watch the video here.
Following the encounter, quick checks show that Toyin Abraham has unfollowed Funke Akindele on Instagram, Twitter and all social media platforms after she was publicly snubbed.
Funke Akindele, on the other hand, has returned the favour by unfollowing her as well.
Reacting to the degrading moments, Abraham has vowed never in her life to greet Funke Akindele, no matter what.
She wrote: “I have unfollowed her, God forbid bad thing. If I ever greet her again, that means I am a bastard.”
