He alleged that Austin’s lawsuit acknowledged that he last called her in 2018, and questioned what happened afterward.
“Thank God that in your lawsuit, you said that the last time I called was in 2018. So you accepted. You said it yourself. You wrote, and I quote, that the last time I called you is 2018. Very good and fine. You accept that it’s 2018. Let it be so. What has happened since 2018? Did you block me, or didn’t you? Why are you hiding my children from me? Why are you manipulating those children?”

Emmanuel maintained his stance, saying, “Do you think that the lawsuit can scare me away from asking for my children? The answer is no. You don’t know me very well,” he said.
He further declared that he was prepared to face whatever consequences came with his actions, saying, “Either I have my children, or I go to jail.”
He also recalled an alleged meeting with Judy, claiming she travelled from Enugu to Nnewi in an attempt to resolve their issues.
