Iggy Azalea Reveals She Has A Son
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea just revealed that she is a mother as the Lola singer has a son with fellow rapper Playboi Carti. The Fancy singer made this big revelation on Instagram hours ago in a now-deleted update.
The 30-year-old said, “I have a son. I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize that I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world.”
“I want to keep his life private but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret & I love my son beyond words,” Iggy told her fans. The rapper is yet to post a picture of her son.
Months ago, Iggy Azalea swatted off pregnancy rumours. Back in December of 2019, news surfaced that she was expecting a baby together with Playboi Carti, but the celebs didn’t officially confirm or deny the speculation.
Then, Iggy posted bikini shots to cover up her pregnancy which must have been heavy at the time. And how she managed to keep this information completely under wraps is surprising.

Iggy and Playboi met in 2018 and by July 2019, engagement rumours started flying around. Fans began to speculate about the couple’s relationship status after Iggy posted a photo to social media of what looked like an engagement ring. However, the duo didn’t address the speculation at the time.
Around that same time, Playboi shared details about his relationship with Iggy in an interview with Fader; including that the couple had moved in together in December 2019.
While a lot remains unknown about her new addition (which is her prerogative), one thing that remains clear is that at some point in time Iggy Azalea became a mother. Congrats to new mom Iggy Azalea, her partner Playboi Carti, her not secret son and his private life.
