In a trending video on social media, the celebrity couple was seen stepping out of a vehicle together. The video warmed hearts as netizens could not help but admire what they shared; their perspective on love and the deep connection that they share as friends and as a couple.
In April 2025, Paulo Okoye was there to support his partner, Iyabo Ojo, as her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, walked down the aisle with her Tanzanian partner, Juma Jux.
Even though Ojo’s ex-husband, Ademidun Ojo, was at the nuptial ceremony to do his duties as the father of the day, Okoye’s hierarchy as the man of the Nollywood actress’s heart was unshaken as he held his own and commanded respect at the event.

In time past, Nigerians used to frown at separation and reports on divorce, albeit, in recent times, it has become prevalent and a mainstay for entertainers, socialites, and other notable celebrities to end their union with their partners. Like several other celebrities, Iyabo Ojo and her partner, Okoye, left their previous marriages to find love elsewhere, to begin again and make their hearts palpitate for each other.

Ojo was married to Ademidun Ojo, a clearing and forwarding agent operating at Tincan Island, Lagos, in 1999, when she was 21 and took a break from pursuing her acting career almost immediately. She welcomed a son, Felix, and then a daughter, Priscilla, in 1999 and 2001.
Meanwhile, Paulo was previously married to a woman in the United Kingdom, they had two kids together. They’ve gone their separate ways.
The Perfect Storm
There are numerous lessons to be taken from the celebrity couple, that is, it is never too late to find love or have it come your way. Despite the previous adversities they’ve both experienced with their former partners, they have been together for almost three years and they keep getting better.
