‘Respect Yourself’, Jaywon Drags Masterkraft In Twitter Tirade
A mild drama ensued between Jaywon and Masterkraft in the late hours of Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
It all started when the producer and his counterpart, Pheelz challenged each other on Instagram Live session for ‘Battle of Hits.’
During the session, which attracted over 28,000 views; Masterkraft claimed Jaywon leveraged his influence in the Nigerian music industry to get a record deal with Kennis Music.
“I got a young boy signed to Kennis Music,” he stated when he was about to play Jaywon’s 2010 single, Filebe.
A while after the statement, the This Year crooner called out the producer for calling him a young boy while introducing his song; and for saying he helped him get signed to Kennis Music.
Undoubtedly, the statement bruised his ego; as Jaywon proceeded on a tirade, making reference to times when he helped out Masterkraft.

Many fans backed Jaywon up, saying it was wrong of the producer to introduce his song like that. Others claimed he was overreacting and seeking attention.
