Popular Nigerian TikTok sensation Peller has boldly replied critics defending his decision to gift his girlfriend, Jarvis (Jadrolita), a luxury Mercedes-Benz while presenting his mother with a Hyundai.
Peller had surprised Jarvis with a Mercedes-Benz GLE valued between ₦80 million and ₦130 million or more for her birthday. Videos showed Jarvis overwhelmed with emotion, breaking down in tears over the extravagant gesture.
This gesture caught the attention of critics who noted that Peller had earlier gifted his mother a Hyundai estimated at around ₦20 million accusing him of undervaluing family
Peller clapped back unapologetically stating: “People were criticizing me because I bought a Mercedes-Benz for my baby and a Hyundai for my mum. They didn’t know that Jesus saw His mum and ignored her, and He d13d for the world.

Peller further explained in live streams and responses that buying a car for a girlfriend showcases wealth more boldly than one for a mother, often viewed as obligation. He stressed Jarvis “deserves it” for her support in his rise (including collaborative content), adding he’d do even more if she bears his child. For his mum, he insisted the Hyundai was an upgrade she’d appreciate, and critics would complain regardless.
