Recall that during his first visit to Nigeria, Cenat was moved by the conditions in Lagos’ Makoko community and pledged $5 million of his own funds to build and improve a school for underprivileged children.
This time, he visited the Makoko Children School and Orphanage Home, interacting joyfully with the kids, partying with them, and checking on the project’s progress.

He also met with Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at Lagos House, Marina, to discuss the initiative’s advancements and plans for youth and children’s development.
Cenat credited Nigerian creators like Shank for positively representing the country during events such as Streaming University, which further inspired his return.
