Chaney Jones shuts down break up rumors with Ye

American model, Chaney Jones, has shut down rumors that she had split with Kanye West, legally known as Ye by posting a happy birthday video on her instagram story on June 8.

This is coming after an insider stated, “Kanye is currently single. He ended it with her. Kanye’s been really busy with work. He had a lot of fun with her but is focused on other things right now.”

The duo were first linked together in February, shortly after Ye had ended his whirlwind romance with Uncut Gems actress Julia Fox.

Jones and Ye first sparked romance rumors when they were seen shopping in Miami’s Mal Harbour. Ye later re-shared a paparazzi photo from the outing on his Instagram, seemingly confirming that the two were an item.

At the time, a l source revealed that Ye was “having fun” with Chaney and that he “likes her company,” though the Donda 2 artist “would drop anything” for a second chance with his ex Kim Kardashian, who has been in a relationship with Pete Davidson since late last year.

In May, Ye and Jones were spotted together at a Los Angeles Lakers game. That same month, Chaney got a tattoo of Ye’s name on her wrist. 

Shortly after in June, Chaney deleted all but two photos on her Instagram page. However, despite the rumors, Jones posted a video showcasing her and the rapper together, writing on it “Happy Birthday baby. I love youuu”
