Ladipoe Drops New Freestyle, ‘Devil You Need’ on IG TV
MAVIN Rapper, LadiPoe is regularly dropping freestyles on his SoundCloud, reminding fans of how good he is.
This time, the ‘Jaiye’ crooner drops a sick freestyle on his IG TV that has got tongues wagging as to who vexed the rapper enough to make him put out such magic. The freestyle titled ‘Devil You Need’ is accompanied by a candid video.
Produced by Yazidxo and HonterOnTheBeat, ‘Devil You Need’ begins with the voice of a girl narrating an incident in which she was described as a Yoruba demon. Ladipoe then comes in to assert that that isn’t such a bad thing, because sometimes we need a baddie.
The freestyle sees LadiPoe compare himself to other great rappers before him, from American Rapper, 2 Pac to Nigerian Indigenous Rapper, Da Grin, affirming that he is the future of rap. The freestyle is accompanied by some iPhone footage of fellow musicians and industry personalities vibing to the track, released in full on the rapper’s IGTV.
