Lake Of Stars Festival Calls for Submissions

Lake of stars festival calls for submissions for its 2019 edition. The three day festival will take place in Kachere Kastle, Malawi, from 27th-29th September, 2019.

The festival founded by British tourist Will Jameson, first took place in 2004 and had over 4000 attendees.

After 15years of abandonment, Lake of stars returns as: lake of stars discovery. Located in the Nkhata Bay district, northern Malawi, Kachere Kastle is a stunning lodge built in the style of a Moroccan castle, set on rolling white sands by the crystal-clear waters of Lake Malawi.

Applications to perform at Lake of Stars Discovery are open until 30th June, 2019. Musicians, poets, visual artists, dancers, theater groups, from all around the world are welcomed to apply. Performance slots are limited so make sure your application is as complete and convincing as possible. As part of your application you are required to provide valid links to your work/performances.
