Veteran Nollywood actress and evangelist Eucharia Anunobi has joined the growing campaign to raise financial support for actress Ngozi Nwosu by making a heartfelt appeal during a church service.
A video shared on social media captured Anunobi addressing members of her congregation, urging them to contribute towards Nwosu’s medical expenses.
The actress explained that the veteran screen star urgently needs financial assistance to undergo life-saving surgery, encouraging worshippers to show compassion through donations and prayers.

The public appeal comes days after Ngozi Nwosu revealed that she had been hospitalised for several weeks and required three surgeries estimated to cost about ₦30 million.
In a recent update, Nwosu’s management announced that the actress is responding well to treatment and is currently being prepared for her first surgery.
The statement also thanked Nigerians for their overwhelming support, saying the donations, prayers and messages of encouragement have made significant progress possible, while stressing that additional financial assistance is still needed.
As reported by eelive.ng, the veteran actress also received assistance from Abia State Governor Alex Otti. Otti sent a sum of 25 million naira to the hospital fulfilling his promise.
