Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has taken to Instagram to share a heartfelt video message about the importance of kindness and the fleeting nature of life.
In her emotional post, Nkechi cautioned against using influence and connections to bring others down, emphasising that life is too short for unnecessary wickedness.
“All this power you think you have, it only takes one sleep that you will never wake up from, and everything is gone. To what end?” Nkechi asked. She highlighted the inevitability of death, noting that people die every day, young and old, sometimes without warning, yet some still spend their time plotting against others.
“We are not going to come out of life alive, yes. One day all of us go go, so the least we can do now that we are here is to be kind to another, especially people wey never offend you before but you just kept them for mind for no reason,” she added.
Nkechi, who has faced her share of adversity, thanked God for sustaining her despite attempts to bring her down. She emphasised that no amount of manipulation or hate can stop the blessings meant for someone, as “man is not God.”
In a recent interview, Nkechi opened up about the challenges she has faced in her career, revealing that her past controversies have haunted her professionally. She admitted to losing lucrative deals due to negative perceptions and expressed her desire to move forward, seeking a peaceful life.
“I know how many deals I have lost, but God’s grace keeps me going,” Nkechi said, reflecting on her experiences.
