Magixx Opens Up About Love In New EP

In his new EP, the latest Mavins Records signee, Magixx bares it all.

Nigerian Music industry veteran, Don Jazzy announced his new signee, 23 year old Alexander Adelabu a.k.a Magixx. Upon this announcement, Magixx begun his singing career by releasing his self-titled debut EP, “Magixx.”

The 5-track EP features a mirage of sounds, from Afro-beat to Afro-pop, the gen-z singer gives us a taste of everything.

Love don’t cost a dime, a mid tempo track with melodic chords is a fusion of afro and pop. The slow paced track has lyrics that are honest about unconditional true love. It gives a vibe similar to Joeboy, produced by Lomon and written by Alexander Adewunmi Adelabu and Solomon Christopher.

Like a movie is an upbeat afrobeat song, produced by Randay and Lomon and written by Alexander Adewunmi Adelabu.

However, Pati is an upbeat, street-vibe, Naija party song. “Pati” with Yoruba lyrics will get you gingered. The beat is low in the background with the 808’s loud enough to get your body moving. Produced by London, written by Magixx and Michael Ovie Hunter.
