MI Abaga set to marry partner Eniola Mafe

Nigerian rapper, MI Abaga, says he is engaged to his partner, Eniola Mafe.

The rapper, taking to his Twittter handle, said he decided to share his joy with people despite being a private person.

Sharing series of photos and video clips, he wrote “So [I ] wanted to share that I’ve gotten engaged to Eniola Mafe. I’m generally very private with things like this but I wanted to share my joy with you guys. Pray for us. We will need it! Thank you for your support!” 

Speaking further about the development, he said the duo met in December 2020.

He asked for support and blessings as the duo tie the knot this year.

He wrote in a post on Instagram “@eniolamafe and I met in Dec 2020 and, straight away, I knew I had found the one. I am excited to announce that we are getting married this year. And we ask for your support and blessings as we embark on this journey.”

MI rose to prominence in 2006 with his song ‘Crowd Mentality’.

However In 2008, he released his debut studio album ‘Talk About’. The LP was succeeded by MI 2: The Movie (2010). Four years after that, he released The Chairman as his third studio album. Abaga released the playlist Rendezvous in February 2018.

In August of that year, he released his fourth studio album A Study On Self Worth: Yxng Dxnzl.

Abaga became CEO of Chocolate City from 2015 to 2019. However In March 2020, he announced his exit from the label and launched his own record label Incredible Music
