Financial coach Gehgeh’s strong criticism of Peller’s decision to marry Jarvis has sparked debate among fans and social media users, just weeks before the couple’s white wedding scheduled for August 1, 2026.
Gehgeh had advised the young TikTok star against rushing into marriage, arguing that money alone cannot sustain a relationship and that Peller, at 19, lacks the experience and wisdom needed. He claimed love has blinded the influencer, stating Jarvis leads the relationship.

Public opinion remains sharply divided. Many defended the couple, emphasising that experience is the best teacher. “Even person wey gather experience with a good age factor still makes mistakes in marriage… just wish them well,” one user commented.

Others highlighted that “some with experience don’t last either,” urging supporters to “let them be” and allow the young lovers to create their own story.
Critics of Gehgeh argued that maturity isn’t strictly tied to age, with one detailed comment stating: “Gehgeh is confusing financial success with emotional maturity… Marriage is a gamble at any age.”

While some agreed with Gehgeh that wisdom matters more than wealth, the majority of reactions leaned toward wishing the couple well, with messages of hope that their union stands the test of time.
