Nigerian singer Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi popularly known as Bella Shmurda reflecting on the profound impact of losing his close friend and collaborator, Ilerioluwa Aloba Mohbad, has revealed that music is now his solace.
In emotional statements shared online, the Dangbana Republik artist revealed the past three years have been turbulent, marked by the tragic death of Mohbad in September 2023. “I’ve been through a lot… Losing my friend and brother Mohbad really affected me in a lot of ways. Music is what makes me sane now,” he reportedly shared.
