Naira Marley Is Out On Bail!
According to news by TVC, singer Naira Marley has been granted bail by the Federal High Court in Lagos.
Real name, Azeez Fashola, Naira Marley was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on an 11-count charge bordering on cybercrime, on May 20, 2019.
At the end of the bail hearing today, Justice Nicholas Onweibo has granted the singer N2 million bail, with two sureties in like sum.
The first surety must be a civil servant from the level of grade 10, while the second surety must have landed property, the judge said.
Justice Onweibo then adjourned the trial to October 22-24 for accelerated hearing.
