The former husband of Nigerian actress Anita Joseph, MC Fish, has come out to admonish men to write their own history by speaking up.
In a post on his Instagram page, Fish stated that men should endeavour to disclose what they are going through in relationships and not be timid.
He stated that everyone would end up dead, whether they decided to speak or not; therefore, it is important that men express themselves by speaking up against all odds.

Writing on IG, Fish, whose real name is Fisayo Olagunju, mentioned that men shouldn’t be bullied into silence.
Here is what he wrote on his social media page:
“You no talk, you die, you talk ooh you go still die, so dear men, please always speak up. Don’t let them make you keep quiet in silence. Don’t let anyone write your history for you,” he wrote in an Instagram story on Friday, May 15, 2026.
