New Movie “Night Bus to Lagos” is a Classic Rom-com

New movie “Night Bus to Lagos” has all the makings of a classic waiting to happen. But what do we expect when a prolific hand such as those of ace director Chico Ejiro is at the helm?

The inspiration behind the movie is fantastic too! Speaking on what inspired him to create the movie, Chico Ejiro stated, “I just wanted to make something unique and different. Night Bus to Lagos is a metaphorical story because life is a journey that you go through with other people, and we all have different experiences. The film also preaches that as Nigerians, we are all one, irrespective of where you come from in the country.”

The movie features a strong blend of old and new faces in the industry – Pete Edochie, Bolanle Ninalowo, Rachel Oniga, Omawumi Megbele, Monalisa Chinda and others.

While you are gearing up to catch the next showing at a cinema near you, here’s the synopsis of what to expect.
“Playboy Voke (Bolanle Ninalowo), settles for Monica, a high class girl who inherited her father’s wealth. His mission; to get her family money. Suddenly, his past came haunting, as Ese (Omawunmi) who sold her parent’s properties to give Voke a life and Lana, a top class OAP who can’t cope with the publicity of Voke jilting her.”

“Night bus to Lagos” is a romantic comedy that you can watch in a “relaxed state”. It is showing in cinemas nationwide.
