#NewMusic: “Maybe” – Oladips
Fast-rising rapper Oladips just released a new single titled ‘Maybe’ in a move he describes as his liberation.
Oladips is reported to have parted ways with his former record label LRR owned by rapper, Reminisce. Judging from the lyrics of this song, we can assume that the relationship between the rapper and his record label did not go so well.
The rapper signed a 5 years contract with the record label back in 2016 but has since walked away after 3 years and 5 months into the deal. In his new single produced by Amazing Sleek, Oladips considered his decision to sign with former label a huge mistake.
Oladips rose to fame after he won D’banj’s “King is Here” competition and he quickly became a favourite to street music lover with his famous punch lines and rap style.
