A young Nigerian lady has taken to Facebook to recount how a love interest blocked her on WhatsApp for failing to reciprocate his interest.
According to the young Nigerian lady, the man got her contact through her mother. She mentioned that the man expressed interest in her after seeing a photo of her. She stated that her mother was in support of the relationship because he was wealthy; however, she wasn’t particularly fascinated by his emergence.

In her narration, the young woman stated that she mentioned to the man that she doesn’t appreciate being called without prior notice. Although the man tried reaching out to her several times through a call, she stated that she wasn’t prepared to take her phone service off Do Not Disturb (DND), hence, he became furious and immediately blocked her number.

“So, yesterday somebody blocked me because I told him, ‘ask for permission before you call me.’
My mom had told me about a rich guy who saw my picture at the market and liked me. We started texting. He asked, ‘How are you? Can I have your picture?’ I told him to send his first.
The next day, he sent his picture. I asked, ‘How old are you?’ He said 35. I asked, ‘Why are you single?’ He said he has been hustling to make money, and now he’s ready to settle down. And is with me? The next morning, he just called me without warning.
My phone is on Do Not Disturb, so I told him, ‘Before you call, ask first.’ No fight, no argument, this guy just blocked me.
