Nonso Amadi Releases Brilliant New EP, “Free”
The wait is over for fans of singer/songwriter, Nonso Amadi, as he recently dropped his highly anticipated EP titled “Free”.
A few months back, Amadi got his fans excited with a confirmation. Looking back, it all seems worth the wait.

“Free” is a very impressive project that features the likes of Simi & Mr Eazi. The EP opens with light strings and soft wind instruments, offering a serene start to the brilliant body of work, before the tranquil introductory track flows into the Simi feature, “Better”.
Despite being known as a lover boy doling out mostly love songs, the artiste has only 2 typical love songs in the EP – “Better” and “No Crime”.

The title track, “Free” sees Nonso Amadi asking for his space, as he realises his stomach doesn’t flutter anymore when he sees his lover. With an infectious beat and an unusual ending, “Free” definitely holds sway as the standout track.
Mr. Eazi joins him on “Go Outside” – relatively the most energetic track on the tape – as they brag about having a long-list of ladies on their roaster. The album closer, “What Makes You Sure” sees Nonso challenge a girl who has lost her trust in him.
Amadi did most of the production work on the project, with assistance from Juls and AoD.
