The 15th edition of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) took place at the Landmark Event Centre, Lagos on Sunday 27th of October, 2019. We saw winners emerge from various categories.
Sola Sobowale took home the award for Best Actress in a Leading Role category while Adesua Etomi emerged winner of the Best Actress in a Supporting Role category. The movie that gained them their respective wins, “King of Boss” won the Best Nigerian film category.
