Omah Lay Talks About ‘Big Egos’ in Nigerian Music Industry

Nigerian recording artiste, Omah Lay, has stated that so many artistes in the entertainment industry possess ‘big egos’.

Speaking in a recent episode of the Nando Leaks podcast, Omah Lay explained that he has a “weird” personality and doesn’t seek external validations, which makes him comfortable with having a small circle.

He said the only friends he has are those who understand him.

He noted that he is reserved but has a large ego.

“I have a very weird personality, I believe I am just that guy, so I don’t have a lot of friends. I don’t talk to a lot of people, just very few people and those people are people who try to come into my world and understand where I am going.

“The Nigerian music scene is full of egos. I am a chill guy but I have too much ego. It is hard to make friends like that,” Omah Lay said.
