Oscar Nominations 2020: The Complete List

Nominations for 92nd Academy Awards were announced live on Monday.

The dark comic drama “Joker” led all films with 11 nominations, including for Best Actor Joaquin Phoenix and Best Director Todd Phillips.

The Academy this year produced nine nominees for Best Picture, those being “Ford v Ferrari,” “The Irishman,” “Jojo Rabbit,” “Joker,” “Little Women,” “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood,” “Marriage Story,” “Parasite” and “1917.”

Despite efforts in recent years to diversify the Academy’s membership, women were shut out of the best director category.

This year’s Oscars ceremony, which takes place the earliest ever in awards season , is on Sunday, Feb. 9. And for the second year in a row, the ceremony will have no host.
