DeeOne, a Nigerian reality star and social media commentator, has come out to state that popular streamer, Peller, is more relevant than veteran Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji, due to their different usage of social media.

Speaking in a recent episode of Pulse’s Hot Takes podcast, DeeOne mentioned that Genevieve’s mysterious personality on social media is affecting how she’ll be perceived and received by brands.

DeeOne said, “Genevieve, not talking much on social media is not helping her. Genevieve’s not posting on social media every time is reducing her brand. Let me rephrase it — anybody who is not posting constantly is not top of mind.

“What makes her [Genevieve] different from other actresses? Number one, from when? Since which year? Peller right now is more relevant on the internet space in Nigeria than Genevieve Nnaji.”

Following DeeOne’s statement in the podcast, Eelive.ng carried out a fact check to decipher the Nigerian reality star’s claim.
