Peruzzi To Promote Heartwork EP

DMW act, Peruzzi, despite still being on the rise is known to often decline interviews because he prefers that his fans focus on his art and the songs he dishes out, not his words in an interview.

However, Moni Osibodu, host of ‘Moni Talks’, was successful in pinning the elusive star down for an interview, bringing Peruzzi onto her couch to discuss everything from his thoughts on Kizz Daniel’s #FvckYouChallenge to what he has planned for this year.

In December 2018, Peruzzi had dropped his debut project, Heartwork EP, which was received with surprisingly little fanfare. Speaking about his motivations for the project, Peruzzi explains that the EP was not intended to be a commercial body of work, but was simply a mode of self-expression.

The artiste relays that he intentionally held back on promoting his debut body of work, but now he hopes to change that, with a video for one of the singles off the EP ‘Majesty’ and a remix for the Burna Boy-assisted EP standout, ‘Champion Lover’, which he revealed will introduce vocals from Wande Coal.

Relating that the ‘Heartwork’ project was crafted with himself in mind, Peruzzi announces that he is already gearing up for his second body of work, this time with his fans in mind. Working with producers like Kel P, Northboi and Major Banks, he says this project promises to show off his versatility.
