Peter Okoye: I Aged Backwards After Leaving Psquare

Peter Okoye revealed that he feels like he “aged backward” after leaving Psquare. According to Peter Okoye, now Mr P, his decision to go on as a solo artiste appears to be working out quite well for him.

The former member of the defunct group Psquare, Peter Okoye expressed this sentiment on his Twitter page on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, where he said this in a now-deleted tweet:

“By the way! Did y’all notice since I went solo and became Mr P I started aging backward…its called PEACE OF MIND and drinking more water and minding my business. Can you beat that? More of it biko. Mr P still trending on Twitter.” 

Subsequently, he took down the post. Paul and Peter Okoye were Nigeria’s biggest musical group up until they had the famous fight and went their separate ways.

However, that split didn’t transition easily as they called each other out for months. In a recent interview, Peter Okoye revealed that he was still not in talking terms with his elder brother, Jude.

It seems like all hopes we could have ever had of the pair getting back together are false. Mr P and Rude Boy are now solo artistes. It is however arguable that Rude Boy is doing better musically than his twin brother.
