Peter Okoye, aka Mr P, is pushing back against reports claiming the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) lacks evidence to support his allegations against his brothers, Jude and Paul Okoye, of P-Square fame.
The EFCC recently told a Lagos State Special Offenses Court that it couldn’t provide evidence to back Peter’s claims that Jude and Paul fraudulently withdrew $800,000 from their company account.
As reported by eelive.ng, the EFCC counsel, Mohammed Bashir stated, “We do not have it. It is his evidence. Let him prove it. I can’t give what I don’t have”.

Peter had accused Jude of diverting P-Square funds, operating 47 undeclared bank accounts, and manipulating the shareholding structure of Northside Entertainment Ltd. However, the defence presented Corporate Affairs Commission records contradicting Peter’s claims.

Reacting to the report, Peter took to social media, calling it “jokes and propaganda,” insisting there was no court session where the EFCC investigator made such claims.
He wrote: “Again pushing false narratives to the media about a court session that never happened, all to make me look bad. Social media no be judge. #UnaThiefAbiUnaNoThief.”
The case is adjourned to December 12, 2025, for continuation of trial
