“Na for Mark Angel wedding I finally see food chop oo. Happy married life, my boss @markangelcomedy,” PecyBae captioned the post.

The wedding comes several years after the comedian’s first marriage ended. Earlier this year, a young woman who claimed to be the ex-wife of a Nigerian comedian took to social media to accuse the skit maker of domestic violence and mental and emotional abuse.
The young lady recounted what she described as traumatic episodes from a past marriage, making claims that social media users quickly linked to Mark Angel, despite her not mentioning any name.
Among her allegations was that her then-partner persuaded her to engage in a threesome with a stranger on their wedding night, instructing her to misrepresent his identity to make the situation appear less awkward. She also alleged repeated emotional and psychological abuse throughout the marriage.

According to her, the partner frequently body-shamed her after childbirth, allegedly telling her he was no longer attracted to her body and criticising her for stretch marks. She claimed this pressure led her to undergo cosmetic surgery to “fix” aspects of her body he was reportedly uncomfortable with.
In 2023, Mark revealed that he had previously been “married but divorced secretly.”
He, however, chose not to share further details about when the marriage and subsequent divorce occurred.
Equally, Mark Angel is a Nigerian comedian and YouTuber. He is best known for the Mark Angel Comedy series of shorts on YouTube, often featuring child comedians such as his niece, Emmanuella Samuel and her cousin “Aunty” Success Madubuike.
The channel has since amassed millions of subscribers and over one billion views.
