Nigeria’s film industry shone bright as top stars flocked to the premiere of Daniel Etim-Effiong’s psychological thriller, ‘The Herd’ at IMAX Lekki.
The movie premiere had in attendance Bolanle Austen-Peters, Femi Odugbemi, Deyemi Okanlawon, Kunle Remi, Toyin Abraham, Efe Iwara, Kate Henshaw, and Adesua Etomi. Director Daniel Etim-Effiong and his wife, Toyosi Etim-Effiong also graced the red carpet with elegance.
The film also has cast like Lateef Adedimeji, Genevova Umeh, Patrick Doyle, Mercy Aigbe, Kunle Remi, and Deyemi Okanlawon who graced the movie with their talents.
During the movie premiere, guests praised Erin-Effiong’s directorial debut, the film’s pacing and cinematography. Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi’s reaction to the movie went viral as she confronted Etim-Effiong’s wife outside the cinema expressing how lovely the movie was and the goosebumps the movie gave her.
The Herd is set for nationwide release on October 17, 2025.
