Nigerian reality star Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has undergone a successful Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.
The Nigerian reality star, who gained prominence in 2022 after winning the Big Brother Naija Level Up show, has now joined the lengthening list of celebrities who have gone under the knife.

In a recent post on social media, the controversial star shared a video of her first massage since the surgical process, while sending a message to her critics.
She acknowledged them, noting how she previously tried to use the gym, but she was disturbed by several individuals who kept using her for content.

Phyna emphasised that since she underwent the process, she feels brand new and has no regret in any form.
In the video, the Nigerian reality star said, “First massage, now I understand why people don’t shut up about it. First massage, and now I’m acting brand new. Finally did it. No regrets.”
