Nigerian TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller on Sunday attempted suicide, following a reported dispute with his girlfriend, Javis.
Videos that circulated on social media showed the influencer visibly emotional during an Instagram Live session while driving. During the livestream, Peller expressed intense fear about public ridicule should his relationship end, raising concern among viewers.
Shortly after the livestream, the TikToker was involved in a road incident along the Lekki–Epe Expressway in Lagos, where his vehicle sustained damage after veering off the road.
Reports indicated that the 20-year-old has since been hospitalised and is receiving medical attention. However, details regarding the extent of his injuries have not been officially confirmed.

The incident follows months of public tension between Peller and Javis. Earlier this year, Peller accused Javis of money laundering, an allegation her management strongly denied.
The accusation led to threats of legal action, with Javis’s team demanding a public retraction and apology.
