Porsha Williams Set to Marry Ex in 2020 After Cheating Scandal
Love is abloom! Real Housewives of Atlanta Star, Porsha Williams has revealed that she is giving her ex-fiancé Dennis McKinley another chance.
During Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Williams, 38, said that she and McKinley, 43, are once again ready to tie the knot as soon as next year. “We are re-engaged,” said Williams.
She also confirmed that her engagement ring is the same as the first ring McKinley originally proposed with. She said, “Yes, it’s the same ring.”
The news is coming after the couple faced a cheating scandal. The pair called it quits earlier this year when Williams found out that McKinley had cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter and only child, Pilar.
Williams revealed the news of McKinley‘s infidelity in a recent episode of RHOA. She told Cohen that the network starting filming the new season just “two or three weeks after their separation.”
Replying to Cohen’s question on if she trusts McKinley now, Williams said;
“We’re working on our family. It takes time, I love him and he loves me and we’re doing what’s best for our family. That’s really all you can do.
“You have to have trust.”
As far as their upcoming wedding, Williams said that her and McKinley “don’t have a set date yet,” but the wedding will definitely be sometime “next year.”
However, Porsha Williams was previously married to former NFL star Kordell Stewart. The former pair separated in 2013 after two years. Their breakup also aired on RHOA.
