Reekado Banks Shades Burna Boy In New Song
Reekado Banks seems to have thrown shade at the African Giant in a new song.
Last year, Burna Boy threw shade at Reekado Banks on Twitter. Banks responded to a tweet challenging Burna Boy in a hit for hit battle. Burna, however, did not see Reekado as a “worthy challenger”.
He wrote: “You know I got too much love for you bro. But didn’t you see when I said “Worthy Challenger”? Reeky oooooo!!”
This made fans and nonfans troll the singer. Reekado Banks hasn’t forgotten about the incident though, as it seems he slammed Burna in his latest track.
On the second verse of his new song “Ozumbe Mbadiwe”, he said;
“Well if you think say you be giant, you be giant for your pocket, if you only fight for your pocket….”
Burna is yet to respond to this alleged “shade”. The two artists have had limited public interactions after the controversial Twitter feud. Banks throwing shade at the “African Giant” might be the proof we need that the two are not on good terms still.
