Ric Hassani Announces Father’s Demise

Popular singer, Ric Hassani has broken the sad news of his father’s demise.

In a series of tweets where he made the announcement, Hassani revealed that his father passed away some days ago.

Hassani, however, did not disclose the circumstances that led to his father’s death. But he described the deceased as a very good person who taught him so many things.

“A week ago today, I lost my Dad. He was a great man, a very good person. I learnt so much from him, and he is my angel now. Rest in peace daddy, ‘K.K’ loves you,” he wrote.

In another post, he also commended his late father’s contribution to ‘Korede’, a track off the newly-released album.

“People like your song Dad, I knew your vocals on it will be good. Wish you were here, just one more week. But God knows best,” he added.

Meanwhile, the music star has released his highly-anticipated sophomore album, The Prince I Became.
