Nollywood actor Odira Nwobu has reportedly passed away in South Africa.
According to controversial filmmaker Stanley Ontop via his Instagram on Monday, Odira died at the wee hours of Monday.
The actor’s death comes months after he was involved in a ghastly car accident.
Recall a viral video captured the fatal accident which left actor’s car severely damaged with both front and the side sections smashed beyond recognition.

Nwobu was seen conscious on the ground with blood stains as he was rushed to the hospital alongside other survivors.
The accident, which reportedly claimed multiple lives, occurred along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in June 2025.
