UK-based street wear brand, Cool African Merch has unveiled its debut collection tagged – “Cool African” – in time for #Summer19, with every single piece as culturally-relatable as they come.

Inspired by Africa’s historical and contemporary culture, the cool African debut collection serves up a layer of meaningful durable designs on sustainable garments this summer.

“We are not your usual street wear brand, ours aims to represent and realign a generation of African millennials and lovers of the continent around the globe who seek for a reconnection with the motherland. Inspired by the continent’s colours, sounds, people, struggles, and aspirations, we consistently work to fuse together blends of various eras and ideologies into our products that softly screams, AFRICA,” a brand statement read.

Based in the United Kingdom with an online store and ASOS boutique, the brand aims to serve the immediate diaspora community and the African millennials around the globe in search of high quality, sustainable product that carries meaning and subtly delivers cultural impact.
