Last night, the premiere for the much anticipated movie by Ishaya Bako, “4th Republic”, starring Kate Henshaw held in Lekki, Lagos.
The film tells the story of one time gubernatorial candidate, Mabel King, played by Kate Henshaw who contested for the seat of the governor in the ‘Confluence state’ and had to fight with all her might for her right when she is cheated through corruption out of the seat she believes she won justly.
The event was graced by industry fellows; Kate Henshaw, Lala Akindoju, Linda Ejiofor, Enyinna Nwigwe, Sola Sobowale, Yakubu Mohammed, Linda Osifo, Chigul, Waje, Kiki Omeili, Lilian Afegbai and more.
