Nigerian singer and songwriter, Shoday has recently shared his thoughts on controversial street-hip hop star, Portable, stating that the street -hip hop star reign will take long before it fades.
Shoday while speaking in a recent interview, said Portable’s fame is beyond his music, highlighting his personal distinct personality and his fearless presence on social media.

He went on to a give a reminder, on how people called Portable a one year-wonder when he first rose to fame. “However despite the critics, the singer has to proved people wrong,” he said.
His words in the interview “Artists like Portable, before he will go down and not trend again, it will be long. Music is far beyond song. You can’t just be putting out music people need to know who you are. People need to know your personality and this person doesn’t care. He posts on his Instagram like Whatsapp. When he came out people thought he was only going to trend for a year and that’s that, but till today he’s still buzzing….”
