Simi Explains Meaning Of New Song ‘Duduke’
Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simi has explained the meaning of her newly-released song title Duduke.
The singer said it became needful for her to explain what the title of the song means, as people have been pressing her for it.
The song title, according to Simi, means beat.
“Duduke means – it’s the beat of your heart or the beat of the drums you move your body to, or the beat you sing a melody to – it’s whatever beat you want it to be,” she wrote in a new post on her Instagram page.
Noting that she is aware that many know why she made the Duduke song, Simi said she would also love for her fans to make it their own.
“Enjoy yourself. No limits. That’s the beauty of true music,” her post further read.
