Content creator and influencer Simi Sanya has addressed speculation surrounding her absence from fellow influencer Jarvis’ traditional wedding, dismissing claims that there was bad blood between them.
The rumours began after social media users questioned why Sanya was not seen at the star-studded ceremony. Some suggested she skipped the event because Jarvis allegedly did not attend her own wedding.
Responding through her Instagram story, Sanya described the assumptions as false and urged people to stop spreading unverified narratives.
She explained that while it was acceptable for people to ask why she was absent, creating stories without facts was unfair. According to her, Jarvis’ attendance at her wedding had nothing to do with her decision not to attend the recent celebration.

“She wasn’t at my wedding, but that’s not even why I couldn’t make it. I had my reasons and she is perfectly aware,” Sanya wrote.
The influencer also challenged those making the claims, joking that she would reward anyone who could provide a video proving Jarvis attended her wedding, insisting the reports were inaccurate.
She further warned that such assumptions fuel unnecessary tension among influencers and encourage the spread of false information online.
Her response has sparked conversations about the dangers of social media speculation, with many supporters agreeing that public figures should not be judged based on unverified claims. Others praised her for addressing the rumours directly.
