The husband of popular herbal vendor and social media personality Eniola Fagbemi, better known as Sisi Alagbo, Adesola Hakeem, has tendered a public apology to Nigerians following the viral leak of an intimate video involving himself, his wife, and another woman.
In a statement shared widely on social media, the husband expressed deep remorse, writing: “I write with a deep sense of responsibility and sincere remorse to extend my heartfelt apologies to my family, friends, business associates, religious leaders, fans, loved ones and the entire Nigerian public over the recent incident involving a leaked sxx scandal.”
He continued: “To my family, I am truly sorry for the pain and distress this has brought upon you. To religious bodies and moral institutions, I recognize the weight of this misconduct and the need for accountability. I humbly ask for your understanding, forgiveness, and continued prayers as I work to become a better individual.”
The scandal erupted after the private video reportedly surfaced online, allegedly after being shared in a WhatsApp group. Sisi Alagbo herself had earlier broken her silence, owning up to the mistake and pleading with the public for forgiveness. She revealed she had been unable to eat or sleep for days due to the intense backlash and emotional distress.
