Skepta Releases ‘Greaze Mode’, Off Forthcoming Album
British-Nigerian rapper, Skepta, recently announced that his forthcoming album, ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’, will be available later this month.
In the wake of that, the rapper has taken to releasing single after single, to further wet his fans appetite. First releasing the ‘Bullet From A Gun’ single sometime last week and following it up with a second track, also off the impending project, titled – ‘Greaze Mode’.
‘Bullet From A Gun’ has been described as a pensive and powerful track, but on ‘Greaze Mode’, Skepta is assisted by Nafe Smallz to create a more party-friendly song, which we had reportedly hoped for. As usual, Skepta maintains his impeccable flow, as he raps about his life experiences, delivering multiple Instagram caption-ready lyrics.
Speaking about the album, Skepta said: “The internet is making everything and everyone politically correct but that takes away the artistry. ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’ deals with the yin yang of Life. True Skepta, saying it exactly how it is.”
