The wife of popular businessman and social media personality Udo Kwasaba, widely known as Odogwu Asaba, has apologised to women after facing backlash for publicly defending her husband amid allegations surrounding his relationship with another woman.
In a recent video, she acknowledged the criticism that followed her earlier comments and admitted that she may have made the wrong decision by publicly coming out to support him.
“I want to use this opportunity to apologise to all the women that feel offended because I stood by my husband,” she said, adding that she should not have shown her face in defence of the situation.

The mother of four explained that her decision was influenced partly by her financial dependence on her husband. According to her, she has spent years as a housewife while he provided for her, their children and even members of her family.

She admitted that fear also played a role, saying she worried about what could happen if she failed to stand by him publicly.
Despite her apology, however, Odogwu Asaba’s wife maintained that she still believes her husband. She said that while he allegedly admitted involvement with another woman, he denied forcing himself on her.
The woman also pushed back against calls for her to leave the marriage, insisting that as long as she and her children remain safe and properly cared for, she intends to continue fighting for her family and the man she says made her a mother.
