
American rapper and streamer Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., who is better known as DDG, has opened up about which of his two professions.
Speaking in a recent livestream with Nigerian streamer Carterefe, the American star claimed that streamers make more money than musicians.

“Streaming pays more than music. For real, streamers make more money than artistes,” he claimed.
DDG began his music career professionally in 2016. He gained prominence with the hit single ‘Givenchy,’ off his debut EP, Take Me Seriously, released in 2017.
The 28-year-old started his streaming career in 2014.
He later dropped out of Central Michigan University to focus on his YouTube career.
Currently vacationing in Lagos to celebrate the New Year and immerse himself in Nigerian culture, the American entertainer recently shared a viral video addressing what he described as “Western media propaganda” portraying Nigeria as extremely hazardous. In the clip, which has circulated rapidly across social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), he directly compared everyday dangers in both countries.
