I love, love! Real love, I always say, is a journey of precious feelings that are strong enough to stand the test of time. More than the romance itself, I adore couples who make a fashion statement through their story. That’s exactly how I felt witnessing the union of Temi Otedola and Mr Eazi — a celebration of love, culture, and style wrapped into one unforgettable series of ceremonies.
I couldn’t stop reading about it on Vogue and across social media. The dreamy settings, the designers, the cultural details, every moment looked straight out of a fairy tale. Honestly, this felt like the wedding of the century. Who knows, maybe one day mine will top it (imagine me smiling as you read this).
Stay with me till the end as I break down the fashion moments from a wedding that captivated the world.
Welcome to Fashion Lookbook Weekly…
A Three-City Celebration of Love and Fashion
This summer, Temi Otedola and Oluwatosin “Mr Eazi” Ajibade staged not just a wedding but a global fashion showcase.
With ceremonies across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland, they created a cultural statement that blended Yoruba heritage with European sophistication and couture artistry.
Each stop had its own identity, weaving together tradition, love, and timeless fashion.
Monaco: The Elegant Beginning
The couple kicked things off with an intimate civil ceremony at Villa La Vigie, followed by a dinner at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
Temi stunned in custom ensembles by Wiederhoeft, showcasing modern elegance and evening tailoring.

Mr Eazi’s refined Louis Vuitton suit brought European tailoring and discreet luxury into the mix, setting the tone for the stylish journey ahead.
Dubai: A Yoruba Cultural Showcase
The Dubai ceremony celebrated Nigerian tradition at the Otedola family home. Temi stunned in multiple breathtaking outfits:
Zac Posen reinvented the Yoruba bridal look, adding a dramatic bow train to create a mix of heritage and couture.

Miss Sohee, the South Korean designer based in London, infused traditional undertones into a striking, one-of-a-kind design.
Lisa Folawiyo Studio, a long-time favourite of Temi’s, delivered her signature blend of modern African artistry with dazzling detail.

What made Dubai remarkable was how these international designers embraced Yoruba cultural codes while reinterpreting them with couture techniques. It was a true moment of cultural appreciation, meeting global fashion.
Mr Eazi’s look matched the energy, with custom pieces by Lisa Folawiyo Studio and bespoke African menswear houses, exuding pride and cultural sophistication.

The afterparty leaned into exuberant couture and bold guest looks, creating a Lagos-meets-global luxury vibe.
Iceland: The Cinematic Finale
The last stop was Iceland, where the stark beauty of the landscape framed a breathtaking final chapter.
Temi wore Fendi Haute Couture for the church ceremony, Valentino for her pre-wedding looks, and other international houses for the celebrations.
Mr Eazi completed the picture with Saint Laurent and other bespoke suits, making the whole event feel like a modern fairy tale.

The Iceland chapter closed its wedding story with elegance, drama, and a touch of cinematic magic.
Final Thoughts

After reading and feasting my eyes on the opulence of Temi Ajibade (née Otedola)’s wedding, I found myself moved to tears.
It truly felt like something out of a movie, yet even more magical than imagination could capture. As a longtime fan of the couple, I couldn’t help but feel overjoyed and, with all my heart, I said a prayer for their union.
The wedding of Temi Otedola and Mr Eazi was more than a union — it was a global celebration of fashion, heritage, and love. From European tailoring in Monaco, to Yoruba traditions in Dubai, and haute couture against Icelandic landscapes, every detail told a story.
This wasn’t just about vows. It was about showing how love, identity, and fashion can travel across cultures while staying rooted in heritage. And that, to me, is what makes it unforgettable.
